All of our vendors are fully insured and qualified to do
every job in a reliable cost efficient manner. We carry workers
compensation and provide health insurance for our employees.
All owners are notified with a phone call from the maintenance
supervisor before a repair is made. There are no surprises.
Efurd Maintenance In-house repairs are documented with
digital camera and can be viewed by the owner of each property.
All repairs are coordinated with the tenant, linking appropriate
vendor skill with repair need.
