A large majority of sales agents either do not want or do
not have the resources or the specialized expertise to provide
all the services required to lease a property, and they know
their client can’t allow a vacant home to sit empty
for months on end. We often work with agents simultaneously
to lease a property while another agent markets the sale. If
the property sells first, the leasing and management agreement
with Efurd Properties is terminated. If the property is leased
the agent receives a referral fee from Efurd and knows when
the client is ready to place the property back on the market,
the referring agent will receive a call from Efurd. AND,
we will take over your inventory of rentals, pay you a fee,
give your customers great service, and you get the property
back when the owner is ready to sell. Efurd Properties
is here to complement your services, not detract from your
relationship with your client.
